Our Story….

Originally developed by the Bonita Bay Group, a prominent developer in Southwest Florida, Shadow Wood Preserve was designed as an environmentally conscious community where people could live in harmony with nature.  

 

This development added an 18 hole golf course, complementing The Shadow Wood Country Club's existing 36 holes located seven miles to the south. The Shadow Wood Preserve Master Homeowner Association was turned over to the residents in 2007.
